Biscotti per Halloween
Halloween is a holiday so much that fascinates the children, because my house already beginning to turn drawings of pumpkins and bats.
These are cookies made last year for the school of my children, needless to say that both of them have already called me again this year.
This is the recipe I used for the crust (taken from Piùdolci as the molds that were attached to the journal)
350g butter 150g flour 00
100g icing sugar 1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1-2 tablespoons of water
if necessary knead
x Part of the crust has been colored with cocoa powder for bats and cats blacks, another with a little orange food coloring to the pumpkins and some left natural for ghosts. After spreading the pastry and obtained the forms, they are cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
When you have the cookies are decorated with melted chocolate and white frosting.
