Like every year at this time starts the carousel of marriage ... Saturday in fact I have another!
But the marriage was not in a crisis? It is no longer unfashionable to marry?
Obviously not! To defuse
I present the cake I made last year for the festival of farewell to my sister in law of celibacy.
************************************************ *
is a sponge cake 6 eggs, cooked in a pan silicone heart-shaped.
The bath is made up of a syrup of sugar and water and the lemon filling is whipped cream with lemon and strawberry jelly.
INGREDIENTS For the PDS = 6 eggs, 200g. sugar, 250 gr. flour, 1 packet of yeast.
Cream = 500 ml of milk, 4 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, 2 teaspoons lemon pasta. Once cool add 200 ml of whipped cream.
Gelee = 300 gr. Strawberry: blend half the strawberries and heat in a saucepan with a tablespoon of sugar, boil. Add 2 sheets of gelatine previously soaked in cold water and squeezed dry and mix well. Add the rest of the strawberries into pieces and mix.
