Financial Accounting 6th Libby Solution

One advantages of staying at home when you are affected is to be taking the time to show what everyone as the most important meal of the day: breakfast. I personally am a fan of good Italian breakfast, but the need of having to wake up, wash, dress, make breakfast and take two kids to school on time, often forcing me to drink just a cup of coffee outside the home. My husband, however, still manages to have breakfast at home just for him and prepare this delicious bread in the milk that he prefers it plain or toasted. I'll give me on Saturday and Sunday with a thin layer of jam and find it very soft and fragrant. To make it use the bread machine (model Bifinett).

Ingredients:
1 egg, 180 gr. whole milk, half a cube of yeast, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 60 gr. soft butter, the grated rind of 1 lemon, 200 gr. 00 flour, 100 gr. Manitoba flour, 1 teaspoon of salt.

Place in basket bread machine all the ingredients in the order listed and set the "sweet bread".
It keeps well for about 3 days in a bag.
