Pregnancy Examination Stories

Biscotti per le feste dei bambini

This year I locked up about 2 days in my kitchen to make good biscuits, but also beautiful to see, to cheer up the party birthday of my son Vincent. Who tells me that the important thing is that they are good, the appearance then the secondary, I would like to show the astonished eyes of children who start to attack the trays: I reward all the efforts made in seeking ways nice, inviting biscuits and place them well in the trays.

This year's production includes:
- coconut balls

- variously decorated shortbread

- cookies with smarties

- turning nutella

From pastry (whose recipe here) I got: the 5-pointed stars, then brush with a thin layer of frosting and sprinkled with colored sugar crystals, the ice cream cones covered with melted chocolate and granulated sugar or white frosting and monpariglia; snowflakes decorated with white icing and silver confetti.

The balls with coconut are obtained with only two ingredients: a can of condensed milk and a bag of coconut flour, 250 gr. They mix the ingredients in a suitable container and hands are molded balls bake at 140 degrees for 15-20 minutes, without letting them brown too much. (Recipe from Wired New York Forum Paolera)

To make the pinwheels nutella need: 100 gr. butter, 200 gr. ricotta cheese, 100 gr. sugar, 325 gr. flour, chocolate and smarties for filling for garnish. Cream the butter, ricotta and sugar and, once formed a smooth cream, add the flour to form a ball. Let the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out the dough and cut out squares tries, then affect the angles without coming to the center and put a teaspoon of Nutella in the center. Move toward the center of the 4 alternating angles and put them on a smarties so that the pasta remains firm. Bake at 180 degrees for about 12/15 minutes. Makes about 50 cookies smarties: 320 gr flour, 160 gr sugar, 160 grams sugar, 80 g butter, 140 g lard, 1 egg, 2 / 3 cup chopped hazelnuts, 300 gr smarties (8 tubes), 1 vial vanilla essence, 1 pinch of salt, 1 / 4 teaspoon baking soda. Procedure: mix the butter, lard and the two types of sugar, then add egg and vanilla. By mixing the flour with the baking soda and salt. Gradually add the flour mixture to creamed butter and eventually incorporate the chopped hazelnuts and half smarties. Arrange the balls of dough on the baking sheet the size of a large walnut well spaced apart and decorate them with smarties left. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. (Source: pourfemme.it)
