Milena Velba Y Nadine Jansen

I Babbi Natale segnaposto

Every year I say I will not do more cookies decorated placeholder for the holiday season because they are too laborious and often smangiucchiati before the beginning of the dinner without a lot of attention, without regard to the care, love, attention, study that is behind each of them ... but then falling back on time there and I set to work to surprise my kids and my family with a small biscuit that tastes good but above all he knows of care, time and passion.
This year I made these Santas producing simple shortbread cookies shaped like hearts, decorated with sugar paste e. .. a lot of patience!
Here's one packaged and ready be laid on the table for the holidays!

shortbread recipe that I used include:
300 grams of flour, 130 grams of soft butter, 1 egg and 1 yolk, 3 / 4 in size. sugar, lemon zest, a pinch of salt and ½ teaspoon baking powder vanilla
Procedure:

Place all ingredients in blender and mix for 25''to Vel 7. Wrap the dough in a cloth and leave in refrigerator for 30 minutes before using.

After spreading the pastry to a thickness of about half a centimeter, with a cutter I got so many hearts that I cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. To
adhere to the pasta sugar cookies I smeared with a bit of jelly sweets (that's fine too little of honey diluted with water and heated).
