What Store Have Layway

Torta camicia

This cake, made for the 70 years of my father in law, marks a small return to normalcy. This long absence from the blog, in fact, was due to some family problems that affected the small and Matthew have resulted in a distortion of our family life. Finding the time to make this cake, it meant a small adjustment to the new rhythms of life that the condition of Matthew imposto a tutti noi.

8 tuorli d'uovo
8 cucchiai flour

8 tablespoons sugar 250 ml whipping cream pasta lemon

Add milk, eggs, flour and sugar in the cream and cook Thermomix-Vel 80 ° 4-12 minutes. When cooked, add 2 teaspoons of lemon paste (found in stores serving pastries) and stir for a few seconds to Speed \u200b\u200b5. To cool the cream in a large container and, by hand, whip the cream. When the cream is cold, add the whipped cream and incorporate it with top-down spoon, being careful not to dismantle it.

BATH LIMONCELLO
In a saucepan bring to boil 250 gr. sugar 1 / 2 liter of water until it forms a syrup quite thick. Let the syrup cool and then add 1 cup and 1 / 2 lemon liqueur, mixing well.

Cut the sponge cake into 3 layers and moisten evenly with the syrup, then place a layer of small pieces of strawberry (made previously soaked with plenty of sugar and a little lemon juice) and pour a layer of cream. Do the same for the top layer and cover with the last layer of sponge cake soaked properly.
Cover the sponge with an even layer of whipped cream and covered with white sugar paste. Model, always with sugar paste, the shirt collar and prick with a toothpick along the edges to simulate the stitching. With a strip of white sugar paste, prick with a toothpick along the sides, forming the central Finton and apply it on the cake, brush with a little water. Similarly place the collar on the cake. A rectangle of dough to get the sugar pocket (always "stitched") to be applied on the right side of the shirt and write the initials of the celebrated food with a pen. At this point with the colored sugar paste to get a blue tie to apply strips of yellow and place it gently on the cake, making her fall on the left that does not cover Finton.
